Bible Journaling
The Wednesday morning women's bible study has been reading through the Bible using the Read Scripture app and incorporating creativity through Bible journaling (creating art on bible pages or in a separate journal). It has been beautiful to see how people visualize God's word and enjoy the creative process together.

Heart: Citywide Worship Event
We partnering with Pastor Andrew Mook of Sanctuary and a few other local pastors to hold prayer and worship gatherings. The first one for 2018 will be Sunday January 14th at 6pm at Gloria Dei Church. This is the church Sanctuary rents at 15 Hayes St right across from the Providence Place Mall next to the Vets Auditorium. All are welcome.

Rescue Mission
On Saturday, July 1st at 11-4pm, the Providence Rescue Mission is doing an outreach at Bucklin Park located where the Westside and Southside converge. They will be providing a free barbecue for the neighborhood and games for the kids.

In this 12 week study, we will walk through the most intimate of all Paul's letters and examine what it is to be a mature Christian.
City Farm Serve
We raised a little over $700 at the community meal last week and this will go directly to the Southside Community Land Trust. They are a wonderful organization practically in the backyard of the church.
